Tempest Boliene was named after the hurricane she was born in twenty-seven years ago to her gypsy family. In Cormina, Louisiana a small town that was close to the swampland with a fragile ecosystem she was known for her visions. In her little house close to the river she was quite content to be in her garden, and she didn't much care what the small town people said about her. One night in the middle of a fierce storm her visions were brutal, and her second sight showed her a new path that her life was going to take with people she hardly knew. Instinct always told her that Alex Wakefield and Dominic Cross were more than just men, and she tried to stay a healthy distance away. That was going to be difficult now since she saw herself as their mate and her destiny was intertwined with theirs. Her mind's eyes had shown her that they were meant to be a party of three, and her visions were never wrong.

Three people living in a small town that doesn't accept them for various reasons. Tempest has visions of the future. Alex and Dominic are lone wolves. We get a little of the characters backstory. Then the heat picks up and we get to enjoy how they become a team/pack. I love that the female character is a bit feisty and they are all protective of each other as they figure out their future. It was a cute read.

Short and Sexy

Once again this author wrote a short, sweet and sexy. The female is wonderful and so are her two Alphas. It is racism but it is dealt with in a great way. Also, has some steamy love scenes. If you want a short but really sexy cool story this is the book for you. Enjoy.

Pack or...

No pack I see trouble down the road for these three from the daughters of the Leader to the second in command not being trusting of what they say is coming their way...can't wait for more to come from this love affair

Short

This was a pretty good book. The only problem was it is too short. The plot is good. The characters are sexy. And their backstories are interesting.

Bookswagger Marcia: Three Crowns, swagger jacked, decent read. Tempest was an interesting read containing an interracial ménage. I have read many books by Dahlia and enjoy her take on IR stories especially her military romances. Dahlia has done ménages before but this one was longer than I expected something I hope to see more. The story had a plot with backstory and the book was nice but a little lower on the heat scale. I am used to a blazing intensity between the heroine and hero with a very dominant male from her. The story said the men were dominant and they did put Bubba in his place and checked the posse, I just didn’t feel it.

IR ménages are a rare breed. Dahlia is one of the authors that deliver these stories. I know followers are going to pick this up because that is what we do and what I did. The ending is a little abrupt so I hope it is a continuation of a series. I am not sure why I did not love this story. I really wanted to. I would love to hear from other readers who have read Tempest.

Not a fan of this book. Ms Rose books are excellent only this book felt more like instruction to a science project than a paranormal one. I am sorry if I offended anyone.

This book was okay. A little to insta-love for my tastes, but I’m going to let that slide since it’s a short book. The one real good thing about this book was the heroine, Tempest. She’s a no nonsense, kinda of girl who is willingly and ready to defend herself, which I freaking loved. Downside is that the writing was nothing spectacular & even awkward sometimes. The chemistry between the characters was good and the plot was alright... Overall, it was just okay.
