The author explains that this combines two (perhaps previous publications) of Coconut Flour and Coconut Flour Dinner to Desserts. The recipes are divided into several categories, including:

- Dinner
- Side Dishes
- Cookies
- Muffins
- Cakes
- Frostings

This author introduces coconut flour as high in fiber and supports healthy blood sugar levels. Coconut flour is naturally gluten-free and grain free. Because there is no gluten in this flour, people who suffer from chronic inflammation can still imbibe muffins and other treats by using coconut flour instead of wheat flour. Coconut flour is also low on the glycemic index, so it slowly converts into glucose sugar in the body.

This author tends to emphasize organic ingredients and Himalayan salt. I intend to try Coconut-Flour Pizza Crust because it eliminates wheat flour. She also offers Coconut-Flour Hamburger Buns and Coconut-Flour Tortillas.

A short list of tips is an excellent addition to this cookbook. Because most of us have not used coconut flour before, these tips ensure the end product meets the reader's expectations. There are no photos, prep and cooking times, or nutritional info. Overall score = G+.
