Basically what I got out of this is:
- if you wear size 10+, you’re unhealthy according to this chic
- exercise every other day, on rest days walk, and have at least one intense workout day per week
- drink 8 glasses of water a day
- follow a meal plan to avoid lazy eating
- fasting isn’t worth it because you need the energy
- buy a pair of pants 2 sizes smaller to try on every week to remind you that you’re fat and need to work harder to fit in them

I appreciate she provided a meal plan and exercise plan, but I don’t intend to follow either - just use these as a guide to create my own plans that fit my health needs. I realize by not following her plans closely, I may not drop 2 pant sizes, but my goal is just to create something doable to get me on track. I did think her plans are very doable, though. I think I would give this 4 stars if I didn’t feel like she ignored anyone over size 14 and the fact that pant sizes are vastly different depending on brand, so saying pant size = health is silly.
