This volume contains many fine illustrations of Gallé’s works at various points in his career. Three stars because there are no illustrations of many of the pieces discussed and there are some errors and omissions in the text.

Wonderful photography of an outstanding artist´s production. Gallé´s exquisite work still startles, amazes and strokes the imagination.
