Club Radiant #1
Sex Education
I stepped into Club Radiant with one simple to learn the fundamentals of sex.
As luck would have it, I collided with a seasoned master, a man twice my age, whose smoldering gaze promises of a world where all my problems could vanish in an instant.
But he's not just any dom.
He's my new sex ed instructor, and his lessons defy the pages of any textbook.
Our classes? They're not your ordinary lectures. They're demonstrations of any and every sex act that I can possibly think of.
There's just one little problem…
I didn't bring a partner.

I took this lame sex ed class and want my money back, professor!
I’m reading a bunch of books set in kink clubs for a list of romance novel Dungeons I’m working on. Why? I was curious if there were other authors like the ones I loved that were set in kink clubs. I’ve found some great ones; but then there are books like this one.
Sex Education takes place in a kink club called Radiant in Pittsburgh. And I have to say it’s gawdawful. Don’t even.
Steven, our Dom professor, is immediately fascinated by shy, awkward Sierra. He has no teaching skills and no self control so the classes have no actual instruction. The classes are either Sierra’s classmates gangbanging her, or Sierra and the professor just going at it in front of the class with no lecture at all. “Hey, we’re learning masturbation today, everyone watch Sierra do it and get yourself off on your own.” I’m not kidding.
I want my money back. No ethics of consent, aftercare is an afterthought, and no condoms even tho it’s clear in the last chapters that Steven has no idea if she’s on birth control or not. Oh, and the last class is Breeding 101 with an A+ if you get your partner pregnant.
There *are* books that do Sex 101 right. Books that tell the story of an inexperienced person who decides to take a course on sex, sensuality, and/or BDSM and it is life-changing to have confidence in your sexuality. I think a lot of romance readers wish their first intimate experience had been at the hands of an expert on sensuality. Right? Someone who understands you, who knows exactly what you need, then falls in love with you?
These books are usually steamy chapter after steamy chapter of classes on different sexual skills. Needless to say these “instructional“ books are always 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️. It’s delicious to be able to take these classes as a reader. I suspect most of us will learn something too 😇.
If you want scorching hot Sex 101 books that get it right I highly recommend Elodie Hart’s Unfurl, , and Golden Angel’s The Venus School.

Im all for a lot of spice and minimal plot but this was horrible
The spice was so unrealistic and cringey
She loses her virginity during a BDSM sex club sex ed class like what???
The professors first lesson is just impaling this young virgin in front of everyone and like 2 days later lets an entire room have a go at her with no conversation or prior consent?
Like hard to believe even in a fantasy world
It only got more cringe with terrible dialogue and weird plot
Could have been a good concept but the execution made this difficult to read without constant eye rolls

Pure filth
Sierra is a college student who signs up for a sex education class at an adult club. There, she meets Steven. The older but hot in all of the best ways teacher. He not only takes her virginity, her also takes away her inhibitions, her fear and doubts. The story is pure filth. Every chapter is dedicated to teaching her and an entire classroom about sex, how to do it, make it feel good, and bring enjoyment to your partner. The book is not for the prudish type. Lol

Okay, what the heck was this book?! It was very kinky (they explored a list of kinks really), very taboo, and totally not okay if it wasn’t a book… and I really liked it 😂. The relationship was very emotional and sweet (which is really kinda surprising with how kinky and taboo most of this is), and I liked how they grew together through their insecurities. Also, no third act breakup, so YAY!!!
Only downsides was that it ended too abruptly for me, and then the male narrator… oh boy. It didn’t ruin or distract me from the story much, but he sounded a bit like Stewie Griffin 🫣😂. So maybe avoid the audiobook?? Or just preview it first to see if it doesn’t bother you, haha.

4.75 stars: Sex Ed and all the hot 101s
POV: dual
F BOMBS: yes
CLIFFHANGER: no
NEW AUTHOR FOR ME: no
POSSIBLE TRIGGERS: rough sexy times, BDSM, bondage, hand necklace, elevator sex, sex with others during class (Sierra only), toys, gags, spit play, face slapping, leashing and crawling, wrists cuffed and hung on a hook, painful discipline, degradation kink, breeding kink, praise kink, had to use safeword, orphan siblings, visiting orphanage
CHARACTERS: Sierra Monroe (23, virgin, submissive student, poor) and Steven Patton (British, mid-40s, professor, "BDSM-loving billionaire dom")
OVERALL: Sweet story - tears/emotions - great characters - HOT sexy times - low angst - not your typical professor/student story - Highly recommend
PROS:
1. Although both had personal issues/baggage, they were both likeable and relatable. Sierra had an amazing personality and she's submissive during sexy times but not a doormat and not whiny. Steven was controlling and dominant during sexy times, but thoughtful, genuine, and made sure there was aftercare.
2. Lots, and I mean LOTS of sexy times especially in the beginning chapters, but there's also a good story and backstory. Might need a tissue or two - for your leaky eyes.
3. Epilogue is a must read (with newsletter sign up), gives it a nice finishing touch
CONS:
1. Epilogue only available with newsletter sign up; story felt incomplete without it. I loved the epilogue but wish I didn't have to take extra steps just to read it.
2. What happened to Sierra's persistent ex, Luke Carls? After running into him at a sex club, exchanging some dialogue and putting on a show, he just disappeared and wasn't mentioned again.
NOTEWORTHY:
1. Some of the sexy classes taught at Club Radiant: c*ck riding 101, f*ing 101, squirting 101, throat f*ing 101, masturbation 101, bondage 101, etc.
2. Epilogue and Bonus class (Anal 101) available with newsletter sign up.
3. Sneak Peak link to Book 2's first two chapters available at the end of eBook.
FAVORITE QUOTE/PART IN BOOK:
Steven: "I couldn't relate to her in the slightest, but I didn't want her to be upset. She was mine to take care of. And sometimes, that meant lying in the rain with her while she cried her eyes out."

What the heck?
Spoilers so be prepared!
Sierra is a virgin and signs up for a sex Ed class because her ex told her she was bad at blow jobs. Well the teacher is a hot guy who owns a sex club and decides he likes her. She loses her virginity in front of the entire class to him and then he proceeds to let every guy in the class have sex with her. No condoms, or birth control to be seen. She then immediately becomes a greedy little sex whore because who wouldn’t right after losing their virginity?
Fast forward like 3 weeks and the teacher is quickly head over heels. The writing feels stiff and the dialogue does not sound like normal banter.
Fast forward another few weeks of him nailing her in front of the class and now kinda dating her and he decides he wants to “breed” her. So for the last class project students are told they to get an A they must get their partner pregnant. It’s only then we find out she has an IUD, thank goodness or no telling who she would have been knocked up by. So now this 40 something year old professor of a sex class is trying knock up his student who is in college, as well as have an entire class of college kids get knocked up.
If you ignore the horrible storyline and just focus on the smut then it’s not that bad, but geez I rolled my eyes more times than I could count in this book.

I saw the blurb and instantly knew I had to read this book.
This was my first book by Emilia Rose, and it definitely won’t be my last.
We meet Sierra — a young, naive woman and a virgin. After a breakup with her boyfriend, she decides to sign up for a sex education course. And wow, she definitely gets quite the education!
Steven, the professor teaching the class, can’t help but notice there’s something special about Sierra from the moment he lays eyes on her.
This story dives into the exploration and education of sex in an intriguing way. While it might surprise or even shock some readers, it was such a fun and entertaining read. Definitely a must-read to see what really happens in this “sex education” class!

The spice is spicing in this book!!! 🌶🌶🌶🥵🥵🥵 Not much to the story line. A girl takes a shmex education class at a shmex club, and falls for the "professor", who is one of 3 owners of the club. The growth and development of the characters was something really good to see. It was a good read. I'll definitely be reading the next books, because I have to know what's going to happen next!

This was extremely smutty and I was here for it! There were so many aspects of this book that bordered on taboo. To be honest it was more smut but substance, but the smut was unreal, so well written, descriptions were on point and hot AF! Graphic, steamy and a bit unhinged. If you’re in the mood for that, read this book!
May 18, 2024
As literature, this is excrement. The characters are merely archetypes, with both MCs displaying noxious behavior in the extreme.
June 8, 2024
Super steamy, *incredibly* graphic...easily the dirtiest book on my read list! And yet the characters are relatable, and there's a softness underneath all of the smut. Would recommend!!

i wish i hit my head and forgot about this just so i could read it again

all smut, no plot... then there was plot and it was really good actually

Phew! Amazingly hot! While I did skip a few parts that just aren't my thing, I thoroughly enjoyed this story and holy got tamale was it scorching!

Really enjoyed the book right up to the ending. Felt unfinshed. Would have loved to see him end up with the family they both always wanted. Also, the storyline with the foster kids felt half done.

Fast paced smut. Underdeveloped backstories. Is good for fast paced smut. But kinda tame. Enjoyed it

A great read read. What can I say. I would love to b Sierra right now.
Tropes.BDSM Club:Virgin FMC::Professor/Student:Dom/Sub:Age Gap.Billionaire.
Sierra went to go Radiant because he ex-boyfriend said that she was rubbish at sex.So she elisted at the club for sex education 101 and to get more experience. While walking through she catches the eye of a older man at the bar.
Turns out that the man Steve was her professor for the semister and Dom.
Sierra is a shy girl but Steve picks up that and tried to bring her out of her shell.Every page you read you found out more about both of their lives and I love that they both open up to each other and that they are not alone
The story flows really well and and well written.
Very steamy scenes though out the book between Sierra and Steve and a lot of playfulness and I love that Sierra pushed herself and wants to explore more of herself.
Was sad that I course the bonus epilogue as it's on Ream.
Can't wait to read the next book about her bbf Heather and Hector story.
I recommend reading this book and loved every part of it.
I received and reviewed this ARC book leaving my voluntary and honest opinion.

I listened to the audiobook of this book, and the narrators did a good job.
There are a lot of sex scenes throughout the book…as you would expect from the title and blurb. Some of them are questionable, but the main characters are consensual.
There’s a sweet underlying storyline of two people who feel broken and unworthy falling in love. But apart from that and all the sex, there’s not much else to the story. But for the type of story it is, it is pretty good and well written.
Poor shy Sierra doesn’t know what she’s getting into when she signs up to her sex education class at club radiant. But then loses her virginity to her professor during the second class and from there is thrust into being used during class demonstrations and practice.
Steven on the other hand doesn’t let people in easily after feeling like no one has wanted him for most of his life. But he is drawn to Sierra from first meeting her, and can’t seem to stay away or keep his hands off her, despite feeling like she will move on to someone else and leave him.

I may upset the apple cart here, but this isnt one of Emilia's better books im afraid. As always you can expect a lot of spice, but unfortunately, unlike her other stories, there isnt much of a storyline and is basically just porn (if youre using the story for this purpose then this would be 5 stars). The language and descriptions used is repetitive and there isnt much depth to the characters despite trying to pull in sympathy for childhoods, it wasnt greatly explored. If i am being honest it reminded me of a poor version of 50 shades where little true meaning to BDSM relationships is given. It felt very rushed with many situations and characters feeling unrealistic. I really enjoyed Emilia's paranormal and mafia stories as alongside the smut there is a story, this one just wasnt for me im afraid.

3.5 stars ⭐️
🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️
This was a lot. And not necessarily in a bad way but def a lot 🫣😅
I listened to the audio which may have fueled the alotness lol The problem I had with it never really felt connected for me. Not everything I read does and it’s really okay. It’s why some people love some books more than others. But for as much smuttiness this one had rolled into it I should’ve had my own panty melting moments along with Sierra and it just never happened.
Their relationship during aftercare and while they weren’t in scenes is really what kept me going. Those were the moments I enjoyed. Which is ultimately why I gave it 4 ⭐️ and rounded up instead of down.
I’m going to continue with the series bc I’m a sucker for dads best friend so I’m hopeful for Hector and Heathers story to connect with me more than I did with Sierra

This was a quick fun read!!! Yes, it’s mostly smut, but has a cute little backstory with some plot. The characters were super likable!! Loved the age-gap, billionaire MMC, BDSM, virgin submisisve FMC tropes and the spice was off the charts! 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🥵 First time reading this author, and will definitely read more!! This is book 1 of the Club Radiant series and you deff get a glimpse of what’s to come in the future books! Can’t wait!
Downside: you have to sign up for her newsletter to read the epilogue so it felt very much like a cliffhanger ending bc I dk badly wanted to see what the future held for the characters.
OVERALL would recommend this to all the SMUT lovers. You won’t regret it!!!!
I received ed this book has an ARC, and am leaving my honest review!

Holy hotness batman! Sex Education is off the charts steamy friends! I was loving the professor/student vibes and the way that Steven and Sierra meet: in a BDSM club in a sex education class where Sierra becomes a star student 😉🌶🔥
Okay, so its not all just smutty goodness, Sierra and Steven both have past relationship and family difficulties that impact their present and sort of bring them to where they meet. As they get closer they both introduce the other to things they’ve never experienced and connect ever more deeply. They both discover new sides to themselves that they’ve never experienced before.
Their story will light your kindle (or your reading method/device of choice) on fire! The scenes during the classes are 🔥🌶🔥🌶🔥
Loved Steven and Sierra and I’m totally intrigued to see where some of the other characters will pop up next!
🌶Quick Notes🌶

📚💕 Sex Education by Emilia Rose was such an unexpected surprise! I honestly wasn't sure what to expect going into this one, but I ended up enjoying it so much more than I thought I would. 😊
The story was easy to get into, the characters kept me invested, and I found myself wanting to keep reading to see where everything would go. It had a great balance of romance, humor, and emotional moments that made it a really entertaining read. I also appreciated that it didn't take itself too seriously. It was fun, engaging, and exactly the kind of book that's easy to get lost in for a few hours. It completely exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely be continuing with the series. 📖✨

OMG OMG OMG!!! This book!! This book is going to have me in a book hangover for a bit! I just don’t even know where to begin with this book!!! Age gap, teacher/student, BDSM? Like OMG!! The fact that Sierra is a virgin when she signed up for this class and experiences all she does by the end is just mindblowing!! The way Steven is obsessed with Sierra is majorly hot!! What I wouldn’t do to go back and read this book from the beginning for the first time again?! Literally devoured this book and can’t wait for the next one!!

Just wow. If you're after a book with heavy HEAVY spice and some plot then this is for you! There is a spicy scene almost every chapter I think!
I absolutely loved this book. I devoured it in one sitting, I stayed up until 2am to finish it because I just couldn't put it down. It was such an easy read.
This book does mention adoption, family death and feeling alone, please bear that in mind.
Overall this was a very good read and I loved it!

I absolutely loved this book. I devoured it in one sitting, I stayed up until 2am to finish it because I just couldn't put it down. It was such an easy read.
This book does mention adoption, family death and feeling alone, please bear that in mind.
Overall this was a very good read and I loved it!

Wow was this book spicy (like melt my Kindle spicy)! Sierra arrives at Club Radiant and meets Professor Steven Patton, her new teacher for a class in all things bedroom. Sparks fly in and out of class for Sierra and Steven and we as readers are all the better for it. This book is a whirlwind (verging on insta-love) but I still really connected with both characters. Emilia Rose has such a way of giving major spice but also depth to her characters. What a way to start the New Year and I can’t wait to see more from this series!

Sierra decided to educate herself in all things related to sex. Walking into Club Radiant to start her sex education classes she realizes that she’s the only one without a partner. Luckily for her, Steven the professor takes her under his wing. And not only is Steven the teacher he’s part owner of the club. The attraction is instant between them and I loved their chemistry. I was a little surprised as to how fast Sierra went from shy, basically inexperienced to completing the demonstrations infront of the class each week.
