Priceless information poorly presented.

Many priceless facts are presented in this article or book, but there are numerous errors throughout! What was Amy Adams thinking? Apparently, NO proof reading was done prior to publication.
I would recommend this book to all who are concerned about their health, IF, and that's a big IF, it were more readable. I would like to see my pastor read this information. He is 48 and is recovering from a heart attack as we speak.
I am 81, take only one pill: levothyroxin, and am hoping to get off that through diet and supplementation. I want to live to that biblical age of 120! Perhaps my example can help others as well.

Eye opening information- so glad I found this book!

I loved all the detailed information that went along with the slides, information coming from a well-known doctor to support all the claims he’s making. I’m now convinced that the 90 essential nutrients is a must for my daily living.

Not so great.

Skip it. Read the actual Wallach book. Glad I was able to read this for free via Kindle Unlimited. Done.
