J.C. (Carson) Morris is proud to serve his hometown of Haleswood as a sheriff's deputy. Great read!
A good balance between suspense and romance. The characters were likeable and the stories flowed nicely. The conversation and the humour are engaging.
I actually like the low key ness of the sex scenes. You don't need to name every body parts involved or to know what goes where to make it hot. I think the connection the author managed to build between the main characters, the anticipation, is what made it more sexy.

Loved the series. The writing is smooth and the characters are likeable (a must for my enjoyment). These stories should be read in order as they involve interconnected stories. Purchased at a terrific price as a bundle. Well worth checking out
