All project managers should read this book. Highly recommended.

Solid direction given and easily digestible. Actionable advice with immediate results. One caveat is that it is a bit dated especially concerning the software recommendations.

out dated but is still good stuff for absolute beginners.
I wish I read this book 10 years ago.
