This book is a very clear guide to working in the Japanese videogames industry. It also features comparative editorials that explain the key differences between labor, managerial, and developmental models between Japan and the United States/United Kingdom. I liked this book.

Thorough resource for moving to Japan. Must have reference, even if you aren't into the gaming industry.
