Offers a practical, compassionate, empowering, non-judgmental view of fear and anxiety how both serve as GUIDES in our lives versus feelings to be avoided. Our strength comes from learning to tolerate fear and anxiety in order to listen, decipher, and learn from the messages they contain.

To paraphrase: Delving more deeply into fear and anxiety releases old thoughts, feelings, self-limiting patterns, and reinstates wholeness.

Many exercises, reflective questions, and plans for consistency are included.

Fellow Breakthrough Process Coach, Dr Schaub makes the information incredibly accessible and takes the work to the next level. Very relevant and extremely important.

This book was a great read! It took me a long time to read because grad school cut into my "reading for pleasure" time. I definitely learned a lot from this book & have a lot of great coping tools. I think I will pick this book up again when I have time to read it at a better pace...but again self-growth isn't a race but a process.

This is an excellent book for anyone dealing with Anxiety. It goes into such detail about the subconscious and conscious mind. I highly recommend this book.

An interesting book to read, but think that many of the things that you need to do are better with personal guidance.

This book has helped me a lot with getting over anxiety. I recommend this for anyone who might be afraid of social situations.
