Red Cat, Red Cat, Red Cat, Blue

Loved best by ages 2 to 5. Does Gage really live in a one-walled house? And how did he get all of those colorful cats? And what will his mother say when she sees all the cats in the house? Children love naming the colors, counting the cats and looking for them in the one-walled house. "Red Cat, Red Cat, Red Cat, Blue" is a whimsical story that would make a great gift for any child, any cat lover, and anyone named "Gage!" This book has a readability score of first grade, first month (Flesch-Kincaid Grade Level Readability). This book is a Wooli Book, owned and managed by Wooli Labs LLC.

This book came a bonus when I won There's a Froggie on my Doggiein a goodreads giveaway. It is a silly book about cats that I think will appeal to most 2 and 3 year olds. It appears to be the sort of book that little ones will enjoy. You can even use the book to talk about colors, cats and counting.I will find out how it goes over with a real 2 year old when we visit my grandson (and his family) over Thanksgiving weekend.

A quirky., nonsense story about a boy who lives in a house with one wall and acquires cats from various sources (and in various colours!) it is the type of story my 2 year old grandson loves, lots of repetition and just a few words to each page. I just found the illustrations, whilst very good, a little more sophisticated than the text and would have liked something simpler. However this book is a lot of fun for very young children who don't want too much story.

Disclosure: I received the book for free through Goodreads First Reads.

What a fun book! The cute graphics, and simple language, make the story understandable and fun for small children. They'll get a few laughs too as more and more cats show up, and when Mom joins the fun. I love it when a book gets a toddler to giggle.

LOL - I liked the idea of the one-walled house! I need this in my backyard. Also, this is my kind of mom...in theory.

Red cat, read cat, read cat and a blue, etc.?

What a wonderful fun and clean ebook with lots of colorful pictures besides and a way to teach the very young how to count or to give them some practice. I would like to recommend this ebook for five stars and for kids ages 2-5 but especially for any one who loves to read about cats! I received this ebook for free and in return here now is my honest review. Great job Billie! I am new to your ebooks but would love to be a beta reader for you, all I would ask is for a free review copy and for yo to continue writing and illustrating clean and fun ebooks like this, okay Billie? here is where you can send them to me if you will? I would give this a 3 1/2 if I could.

A cute rhyming book in the style of Dr. Seuss. Not quite as good as Dr. Seuss but a good story I think kids will enjoy.

A fun theme, cats; cute illustrations, and a silly house with only one wall.

Originally read with my oldest and now have re-read with my youngest and still, it's a 2-star book for me. It's cute, it rhymes, it is definitely SILLY, but the illustrations are lacking.
