Thomas Kendle jnr. is brought up in a life of wealth and luxury in the Lake District with his widowed mother and maternal grandparents. When he is 19 years of age he goes to Oxford to study Law. Whilst there he meets two girls who have a dramatic effect on his life. Through them he starts tracing his ancestors and discovers the terrible truth about his past. His life is changed forever.
I am sorry....but while for a lot of it the story was good and interesting, it got pedestrian as it went on. It made the book to wordy and there were punctuation errors and a desperate need for a good editor. The story became, after a while, far to fanciful and unbelievable. Please Norma, get some professional assistance for you next book.
