Among most of the esoteric books I have read, Master Choa has the most scientific and logical explanation to things from the spiritual point. His point to question everything calms people with a logical mind to start the exploration, which otherwise is tough when philosophy takes over.

Grand Master Choa has other book on Miracles on Pranic Healing. That book has info on how to validate the truth. This book stands testimony to the mechanism.
