Lots of Access Consciousness Clearings.
The book gives you tools to use for you as you read. Silly me, I've didn't read the last chapter for months and in that chapter were the exact tools I needed. We're ready when we are ready, right?

The reason for the 3 Stars is because of the text structure: its written in the Form of a dialog. And I liked an Othe book by dain heer more. Let's say I expected more, that's the reason for the 3 Stars.
