Quick read, lacks depth

I appreciated that the author was brief, but I wish she’d taken the time to show examples of client experiences for different types of businesses.

There are some specifics sprinkled throughout, but the book missed the mark in it’s title. It’s a what could happen story, not a how to manual.

A must read for anybody having a business, CEO's, or for those starting a new business. This book describes systematically how one can develop a business that thrives because of excellent relationships with clients. The author obviously has the experience. A wonderful read
