This is a superbly practical and helpful deep dive to handling difficult conversations. The best way to approach this is probably when you have a specific situation you need to address and then read it with a pencil or pile of post-it notes to mark up as you go along. The value of these skills are likely to last a lifetime.

Very insightful book

Has a lot to help people develop the skills and knowledge to handle vital conversations. A lot of good information.
