Interesting model - too many fictional stories

The model and the compass presented int he book are interesting. I like the framework and how it’s based on some research and the theory about staged human development. However, the book feels a lot longer than it needed to be. There are some articles from the authors that are a lot shorter but just as informative. Google for it before you buy this book.
