This book is effective and easy to use. Most of it is scripts, many of which will not apply to any one person. But anyone will find at least several of the scripts to be very helpful-relaxation, weight loss, addictions, etc.

The "self hypnosis as you read" system really does work. I have learned to hypnotize myself, and can tell when I m hypnotized, and I do easily go into hypnosis while reading the scripts in this book.

For anyone interested in self hypnosis who hasn't learned to hypnotize themselves yet, or who needs help with scripts for certain issues, this book would be extremely helpful.

More of the same as the first book, but with 4 new inductions and 42 new scripts. I'm excited to try them out.
