Psychological Trauma addresses these advances in a critical and thorough approach. The practicing physician will find this volume an indispensable addition to the existing literature.
If you have read a considerable amount on psychological trauma then I would generally not suggest this book. If you have never read anything about psychological trauma there are other books out there I think are considerably better. However, if you are looking just for the neurological/physiological aspects of trauma then this might be worth looking at.
