Why would an obedient daughter murder her mother when everyone believes the pair had always had a great mother-daughter relationship? That's the question the author tried to evoke, I like how the murder mystery is finally explained, but the characters and the plots are pretty much MEH (they are by no mean bad, but it isn't outstanding neither), so 3 stars only.
plot is good but then why is there at least one homophobic joke in ALL of her books. help me! this is why i hate japan 🥰 but except for that it rly depicts the complex relationship between a mom and a daughter and jealousy u have for ur friends/ co workers and how we see each other
