It explains basic concepts on the theme of Performance Management. Nothing too exciting but in general a good "summary" if you're starting on this topic so the book does its job. It's not really a book you finish reading in one sitting but something you keep in the library and revisit from time to time again. However the lack of depth might make you leave this book once you have achieved certain mastery level as the content is pretty basic.

Two stars as the information in the book, while neither bad or incorrect in any sense, is just too basic. Not a lot of insight or thought provoking material.
