I loved everything about Isis but, Lawd, did she exhaust me. Poor Freedom. She did not make it easy for that man at all. Our girl Isis has been on her love em' and leave em' tip since she started dating. Seeing he mama, sister, brother, and best friend go through some bad experiences has left Isis with a very jaded view of relationships. Because of what she's seen her family and friend go through, she is determined to NEVER fall in love. Then, retired rapper Freedom Owens walks his six foot plus sexy self into A Kiss of Ink and upsets her entire universe. Ms. Isis is instantly attracted to Free but, she fights it because she doesn't do celebrities. Specifically, rappers. Free is just as attracted to her and he's not trying to hear any of Isis' nonsense. A power struggle ensues between these two. Free is determined to get Isis to fall in love with him and she is just as determined to prove she won't fall in love with Free. Their love journey was not easy because of Isis' fear to let go and let this man just love her. It took a tough love woman to woman talk with Mama Eva for Isis to see she was about to miss out on her blessing. Lawd, I was so happy when she finally got it together. I have to say, I was expecting Tyra to be more of a problem. I just know she was somewhere punchin' the air when she heard about Free's proposal to Isis. That's what that heffa gets. Free Game was a phenomenal read. It was a little intense but, also sexy and romantic. That Isis is going to frustrate the hell out of you but, in the end, you will absolutely love her.

This was such a good story….Isis was a free spirit and love was not on her radar, just a good time. Freedom, met her and fell instantly for the sassy free spirit. Freedom had to allow Isis get comfortable enough to realize it was ok to take the leap of faith with love. Wesleigh & Emmanuel were Absolutely Amazing as always. Welcome Back Emmanuel 💕…you were definitely missed in these audiobook streets!

Perfection
Free and Ice, Ice and Free Forever! I'm sitting here in tears because I did not want this story to end. This was so beautifully and perfectly written. The character development, the chemistry, the love! I can't put into words how much I enjoyed this journey. I related so much to Isis, from the first pages of the book I knew she was giving what needed to be gave. Freedom is literally perfection. Beautiful, loyal, talented, big, sexy and patient. His patience earned him Sainthood. I would love to read more about them. Especially the friends and family. I need more!!!

I knew Wesleigh and Emmanuel would be perfect for this story but they even exceeded my wildest fantasies. The story and characters were already written so well, so to have my 2 favorite narrators perform this was the icing on the cake.
The range of emotions I felt while listening to Icey Girl aka Brownie and Freedom come to life was wild. I didn't remember getting emotional while page reading, but this performance really made the story like a whole new experience.
I have missed the Dynamic Duo together and was so happy to have them blessing my ears once again.
Now I'm going back for round 2🔥👅🖤

Isis got dicmatized & tried her hardest to fight it🤣. Freedom knew Icy girl was fighting her feelings for him. Finally Icy girl stopped running to get her HEA. I enjoyed this book

I didn’t get to read this in one sitting like I wanted to, but the fact that I was sneaking in pages every chance I got immediately let me know I was smitten with these characters just like the others in Kema’s catalog. Free and Isis are my new faves and I loved every bit of this especially her being “difficult” and doing things on her time. Another hit!!

Isis thought she was immune when it came to love until Freedom walked into her life and changed the game. This was the cutest story. It was so relatable because for anyone that has ever experienced heartbreak, it’s not so easy to get over and then open yourself up in that way again. In Isis’ case, she saw those around her be fools in love and swore off giving her heart to anyone for fear of the same thing happening to her. Well as the old saying goes the heart wants what the heart wants and if there was anyone to want it is definitely Freedom Akil Owens. Good God Almighty!! Free came with full court pressure! He gave Isis a run for her money and after 8 orgasms in one night I don’t even know how she continued to fight the desires of her heart 🤣🤣 I’m glad she finally opened her heart up to the possibility of love and was able to experience the beauty came as a result of that love.

There were so many things about this book I loved especially the conversations between Isis and Free. I’ve read all of Kema’s books and loved them but this one is my favorite. Freedom is BAE!! You did an amazing job. I’m still smiling.

SUPER DUPER FREAKING AMAZING READ
Oh my goodness this book was so freaking good. I mean like book hangover worthy, i need to let this marinate in my spirit for a few days before i read anything else. Freedom goes to the top of my #bookbae list he put out all that BDE and backed it up in more ways that one. I’m so glad that Isis got knocked off that ridiculous high horse and didn’t lose the love meant for her. Kema hasn’t failed me yet, and I’m mad at myself for keeping this on my TBR so long… Five stars all the way and I need more can’t wait to for what’s next

Sooooooo good!
I absolutely loved this books. I was thoroughly entertained. This author has her hand on the pulse of culture and it shows in her works. I laughed, a lot. The chemistry between Freedom and Isis was explosive causing me to grab a flashlight searching for Freedom in daylight. He is all bae and Isis was unapologetically herself which I appreciate. While Isis had to work through her hesitation my love for her was unwavering. If you are looking for an engaging storyline, great character development and just plain old sexy love scenes and chemistry with two attractive protagonists, this book comes highly recommended.

And Isis Bennett allowed the experiences of her mother, sister, brother, and best friend to shut her off from love and relationships completely. She is a love them and leave them girl and she makes no apologies about it. Oh, and she doesn’t do celebrities more specifically rappers.
That is until Freedom Owens walks Kiss of Ink where Isis is the receptionist. The attraction was immediate for both of these two. Freedom's mind was made up that he would have Isis, but that was before he got schooled on her views on relationships and not liking rappers, still, he wasn’t allowing that to stop him from shooting his shot.
I don't know how Isis thought she would resist this man when he had her climaxing from whispering in her ear girl STOP PLAYING WITH THAT MAN 😂 I was down bad every time he called her his brownie 🥵. Oh and don’t let me forget when he told her to drink that water bottle because she would be thirsty soon 🥵🥵 yea Freedom was Mr. BDE!
A proposition is agreed upon, and Freedom is determined to get Isis to fall in love, while she is determined to keep playing games. Isis's mama Eva had to get her together with some hard truths.

Great read! This was the first book that I’ve read by Kema B and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was well written, flowed well and definitely kept my attention. Isis got on my nerves at times, by Freedom knew that he wanted her and did not give up. They were perfect for each other. I am really looking forward to reading more from this author.

Worth the wait!
Where do I begin? I loved every word of it! Can I get a moment of silence for Free? This fine ass specimen of grown man wrapped in tattoos and testosterone.😍 He came out the gate ready to play for keeps. Isis thought she was ready to play with the big boys but quickly realized the error of her ways.😆 I loved the chemistry between them and the way Free handled Isis. He was very much on that I want you but I'm not wit the bullshit tip. I loved every second of that. I'm already going back for round 2! I didn't want this story to end! Kema you did this ma'am! BE PROUD because it was a beautiful story!!!

Freedom knew he wanted Isis from the beginning and did everything in his power to keep her. Problem was Isis not wanting to be kept due to this rule of not dating celebs or athletes, etc. she has to learn the hard way that you can’t live your life off others mistakes and live it for your own enjoyment. Let people show you who they are before passing judgment on them because of what they do for a living. Luckily for Isis she came around and didn’t miss out on a love of a lifetime! This book was excitingly with just enough drama and great sex to have me hooked!

I listened to the audio version and I loved it. Wesleigh and Emmanuel killed it, as usual. Isis gave Free a run for his money and I get it, but she coulda had his heart so much earlier. Free is that man! He had me, and Isis, hooked from the moment he stepped into the shop. I loved that for her that she got to find someone who broke down her walls, all the walls lol. I liked how they both got to be vulnerable and be able each other’s safe space. And the last chapter and the epilogue…my heart is happy ❤️❤️❤️

Free Game: A Foxview Heights Novel by Kema is a excellent story. Author Kema did a good job for writing this book. It’s well written and it’s phenomenal page.
I can related to Isis because I can stubborn and difficult as her. She’s struggling with allow any men access to her life because she’s protecting her heart and identity. Us Leos are struggling with trust, understanding, and expressed our feelings toward men. I think that Freedom is an Pisces or Libra ♎️or something. I understand that Isis sees her family and her friends are going through from broken experience in a relationship but I’m happy that she allows Free to be part of her life and allows to opening up her feelings toward Free. I wish I could find a good man like Free because he’s a bae.
I can’t wait to read more books from this author.

Free Game: A Foxview Heights Novel by Kema is a excellent story. Author Kema did a good job for writing this book. It’s well written and it’s phenomenal page.
I can related to Isis because I can stubborn and difficult as her. She’s struggling with allow any men access to her life because she’s protecting her heart and identity. Us Leos are struggling with trust, understanding, and expressed our feelings toward men. I think that Freedom is an Pisces or Libra ♎️or something. I understand that Isis sees her family and her friends are going through from broken experience in a relationship but I’m happy that she allows Free to be part of her life and allows to opening up her feelings toward Free. I wish I could find a good man like Free because he’s a bae.
I can’t wait to read more books from this author.

This authors has been popping up on my reading timeline so I decided to take a chance. Well I'm glad I did because this book was everything I love in a 5 star rating book. In this story we follow Isis and Free, Isis is a women who knows what she wants and it isn't to be cuff by no man. After witnessing the struggles her mother, brother, and sister have had at love she vows to never give her heart away. To bad retired rapper Freedom Owens has other plans he only needs one night to change Isis mind on the whole love thing.
Besides the chemistry between the two leads the banter had me lmao. Isis mother was hilarious and so was Frankie Isis BFF. I was pretty much invested throughout the whole book. Freedom has some witty comebacks with Isis they were definitely perfectly match. I hope Frankie, India, and Isis brother get there own book.

Love is Free don’t fight it!
Absolutely LOVED Isis and Freedom’s story! Electric chemistry btwn two people very comfortable in their skin (even as they recognized they needed to set down some of their baggage). Respected Isis’ outlook but was glad she had ppl in her life to call her on her BS. Loved that Free saw and played the long game. The shout outs to Harry Potter and Snapped (two of my favorite things LOL) were icing on an already delicious cake! Great job sweets!

Icy Girl
I been blushing since the first chapter in this book and by the end of the book my cheeks nearly fell off. Free and Isis was playing a cat and mouse game and only one didn’t want to be caught or so she thought. This author had all the hood feels in writing this book and introducing us to characters who I hood have their own story. I loved everything about Free and Isis story and can’t wait to read more from this author.

I really enjoyed this read. Kema B. really penned some fantastic fore playing because I was cracking up at the banter while wanting so badly for these two to hurry up and smash! Icy Girl was a piece of work, who was working my damn nerves for a second there lol Freedom is definitely that dude with the patience of Job because baby nope! Someone had to tame Isis slick mouth self! Lol gave her butt some act right! LMAO
