Given the opportunity, what girl wouldn't run away to a favorite vacation spot if she needed to escape and heal? That's exactly what Emma plans to do. And shouldn't she be allowed to consider a vacation romance? Especially when the man she's considering it with is handsome, charismatic, fun-loving and downright...persistent? As the summer heats up, so do things between Emma and Sheldon.
When we finally pulled away, he looked at me with evocative eyes and seemed to exhale each word, “What are you doing to me?”
My breath caught at his words and the way he said them with such surrender. I could feel the heat that already coursed through my body rise and send chills all the way down to my toes.
Ms. Murphy’s debut novel is full of fun and witty dialogue, sweet and steamy romantic scenes and a bit of intrigue, all beautifully written in a way that you feel you are vacationing along with the characters. I definitely recommend. I was fortunate enough to have been offered a copy of this book in return for an honest review.

Lighthouse Point is a very sweet, easy read. I enjoyed the obvious love and warmth from the stories about Emma's Nana. Sheldon and Emma's chemistry was spot on and both sweet and fun. The only con for me personally is that I enjoy more drama.

This book is the perfect vacation book. I loved the twist in the midst of the love story. I want to read the sequel as soon as it is ready! Great job to my friend, Lisa!

I hope you enjoy this book. I really enjoyed writing it. Sanibel Island has always been my favorite place in the world, filled with many old and new memories.
