My most consulted resource for custom Bach Flower blending in my healing work with self, family, friends, and clients! Amazingly complex yet readable and remains very true to the work and principles of Dr. Edward Bach, creator of this amazing therapy. Love this resource. Beautiful images, helpful layout, incredibly thorough. Bach Flower Therapy is a subtly powerful tool for deep whole being healing. While I have several I consult, this one is my favorite.
When you're ready to use Bach Flower Remedies (BFRs) seriously for yourself or others, this is the reference book to have. It is not a beginner's book nor a book for those who are familiar with BFRs but who don't need extended treatment. It's such a book of depth that it's the book you'll refer to over and over as you improve your life or assist others who may have questions.
My copy is annotated, highlighted, and pages gem-clipped. I refer to this book regularly, weekly wouldn't be an exaggeration. Worth the investment to buy if you're serious about BFRs.
The most thorough book I’ve read yet about the different flowers. Includes a ver helpful reference to help when you’re trying to choose between two remedies.
Read for an assignment in class, great introduction to Bach Flowers but was underwhelmed by the book as a whole, felt they could have gone into more details about the specific flowers and dosage etc.
I had to read this book for a class for my Doctor of Naturopathy program. I believe this is a book I will constantly refer to for many years. It is great for beginners and practitioners as well.
