If you've read any of the many books on 'law of attraction' (like The Secret, which was awful and trite), this is the book that gives you real information on spirituality and useful steps for meditations, intentions and practices.
A worthwhile read and I'm grateful to the authors. . There were a few sections that I felt did not apply to me or my past but there were many other words of wisdom that may indeed be life changing, there is no bad advice in this book. It did take a long time to complete but that maybe because tips taken from it could well have lead to my life taking a turn for the better and I concentrated on my new career that brings me greater inner peace. It did improve my confidence and I'm trying hard to follow its lesson of letting go of judgement It's definitely a book that I'll read again in order to ensure I don't forget the various important messages contained within its pages.
A nice LoA book with a spiritual touch. I think I love some of her other books more but still, her whole collection is a must-have. (And I also think Sandra needs to find other titles for her books... so cheesy for such deep quantum psychology books!)
