This is geared toward junior high. The book itself is forgettable. I hadn't realized I had read the book before. Because it was so short, I finished it before I had time to get on goodreads. I apparently read this in 2014, and marked it as 3 star. It made it's way to my shelf of unread books. Honestly it's more of 2 star than a 3. The plot doesn't really go anywhere, or have a point. The book is supposed to christian, and while it does mention God several times. There was not one scripture, or any sense of a personal relationship with God. The book ends abruptly with no action needed on the part of the main character.
I think this could have been an amazing storyline. It could have really explored the concept of friendship, why teenagers choose to keep their babies, God's forgiveness, and the importance of living scripturally. Unfortunately the plot, and characters were not very developed. I will be donating this book, and I doubt I will remember it by this time next year.
