Great recipes. Lots of beautiful pics. I found several ideas here for unique candies for the next holiday season.

Fantastic cookbook with straightforward recipes and good instructions for making candy using organic/healthier ingredients (such as substituting coconut oil for butter).

Only peeve was that there were some persistent grammar errors, but really... it's a cookbook. As long as the recipes work...

Hoping to make some candy next week.

Candy making is easy

This book was very easy-to-use a nd informative. Anyone who has a bit of cooking knowledge can follow the easy step by step directions.
