it was a touching story , it describe the whole progress from the main character's mom sickness to her death, the whole book told about her daughter explore her mother's past because she know nothing about her , as she discovers she found her father which leave her when she was a baby. The most memorable thing was the girl accompany her mother to watch the Summer festival in Japan , all the memories brought back to both of them but who knows it was the last time with her mother .

From the story description, your might be inclined to pass this novel's up. The relationship between the daughter and mother is a cold one, so much so that the daughter felt unwanted and unloved. The truth, as we expect, is quite the opposite: the daughter is the sole reason for the mother's existence, and she only wants her daughter to grow up to be a strong as a traditional Japanese woman.
From the beginning of the story's, you'll recognize that this novel is something special, just from the quality of the writing. As the main character moves on, though, his struggle to maintain composure in the story gets more emotional, winding down to the inevitable conclusion. What's left, though, when your finish read this novel's, is a tremendous feeling of renewal and invigoration. Masashi Sada's makes the story on this novel really life.
