This book has loads of case studies and insights with regards to customer centricity.
It's great to see South African authors doing such great work.
The best part of it all was meeting Sandra in training - where most of the material was actually covered.

I listened to the audiobook and really enjoyed it. A lot of great examples of how (mostly major) companies are focusing on customer experience. It had a lot of examples from Amazon and Unilever and provided a detailed process to shift to a customer-centric focus.
