Very helpful when you start Scrum

I found a big help to build my first dashboard in my first scrum project with this article. Very clear, it is definitely grear. Each company is defining its own reporting responsibility. In my company. ScrumMaster has to provide this reporting and PO comments them. Project Managers are more transitioning to ScrumMaster role for us and we ask business to provide business people for Product Owner. It is helping collaboration and proper delivery but to do so, ScrumMaster is providing most of the reporting and project follow-up so the team stays focus.
