My Review~
The author gives you a tantalizing glimpse into the lives of Darcy, Devlin, Mason, Jasmine, Daniel, and Vlad. I love how each Christmas short just strengthens the characters that we are all in love with and the shorts just add more to the beautiful picture that is already painted especially Devlin and Vlad. I also love that the author incorporated many Christmas recipes to try out. They all sound so delicious. This author surprise me with each and all new books that she comes up with. She truly has a captivated reader out of me.

Title: A VERY MYSTIC CHRISTMAS
Series: The Mystic Wolves, bonus - Christmas novella
Category /Genre: Paranormal Romance, Fantasy
Recommended for: 18+ due to sexual content
Received from: Belinda Boring (in exchange for an honest review)
Grammar/editing: B – a few small errors

A bonus novella placed between Forever Changed and Savage Possession. You do need to have read the previous books in order to understand the characters and their relationships.

This book is meant to be a relaxing wink to the season providing a glimpse into the lives of the characters we have come to love and embrace as part of our own heart-family. It delivers exactly that. Starting with a Christmas wish for you, dear reader, – a letter from the characters.

A memory shared between Mason and Jasmine, Vlad’s Angel, Pranking Daniel, Darcy and Mason’s first Christmas, and a glimpse into the love Devlin holds for his niece – these are the stories of seasonal enchantment gifted to us from the pen of Belinda Boring.

These short and sweet looks into the lives of the characters was wonderful. You got to see them in many instances when they were children before they met each other and fell in love, Darcy and Mason. Or before Darcy knew her secret Santa was a vampire, Devlin, who had sworn to protect her because she was related to him. Even Vlad who has been the comic relief for the entirety of the series was seen as having a big heart even though he may have his short comings. But the best thing was to get a chance to meet Jasmine and see her through the eyes of her brother Mason as well as Darcy and Daniel. Daniel had loved her and his story made me want to cry for the loss.

I smiled a lot while reading this because it did convey the feeling of the season. I really loved the recipes because I am going to be making as many of them as I can throughout the year, not just at Christmas. Definitely a treat for the fans of this series!

Are you ready for the holidays! Do you have any great recipes that you want to try out, Belinda has given you the best of both worlds into this amazing book. She has not only brought you her characters that we have seen through her books in another view, but it brought back so many great memories to where I had laughs and cried in parts remembering them. All of her books are awesome and this one was definitely a great addition to the series, which we will hopefully be seeing more of. I will definitely be using some of these recipes because I love to try new ones. Thank you so much for once again bringing your talent to my world!

Author Belinda Boring has delivered another 5 star read. This book is absolutely amazing giving us all of the special moments in one heartfelt read. In the previous books in the series we read how much Mason loved his sister and in this one we get to see just how deep his love for her was. It also gives us a special moment between Devlin and Darcy as a young child. I fell in love with the characters all over again. I highly recommend this series to anyone who loves a good paranormal read. This is a must read series! If you haven’t read any of the books yet, just based on this one alone is a reason to pick up every book in the series.

I loved this book from the memories to the recipes. I think the use of the recipes was an excellent way to end each story and show that we are moving on. With each new story, we get to delve a bit into the past of some of our favorite characters. Ms. Boring has the ability to paint a picture so vivid that the reader feels they are a part of the memory. They are no longer supernatural, but ordinary people with the same hopes and dreams as we do. I found myself laughing, crying and saying awwwwww to myself more than once. When a book can do that to you, you know it's good.

I haven't tried any of the recipes and will need to remember to do that next Christmas, but I did like the thought behind including them. The short stories were sweet. Could some of them have been longer and given you more? Absolutely. Which is why I did not rate this 5 stars, but altogether a cute holiday read. My favorite is the secret Santa gift to Darcy from Devlin. Absolutely loved that one. My second favorite is a tie between the S'mores one and the make a wish one with Mason and Jasmine.

This is a very sweet collection of Christmas stories (mostly about Santa) and Christmas recipes. All of the shifters in the stories stay human. It's a bit emotional, with lots of adorable kids, adults who worship kids, big brothers/little sisters, and boyfriends/girlfriends.If you enjoy the Mystic Wolves series and Christmas, you'll like this

I loved these short episodes into the past of whose these characters are. My only wish was that they had been in chronological order. The Christmas Elf story was hilarious and the photo Christmas story was really sweet.

Why did you have to Kill her off!!!!!!!! Daniel and her could have been good together, or bring in that mystery wolf she had been dreaming about. Just... WHY!
