كتاب جيد ، محفز يتحدث الكاتب عن بعض الطرق المساعدة في تغيير نمط حياتنا الصحي. مثل الحصول على الدعم النفسي من الناس المحيطين بنا ، الإبتعاد عن الجوع العاطفي . في بعض الأحيان لاحظت أن الكاتب يستطرد في مواضيع لاعلاقة لها بالموضوع أو يستطرد في أمور بديهية لا تستحق كل هذا الإستطراد !
Basically the same message as in his other books, don't eat sugar. The suggested exercises were a little too impact for me. Great for someone just starting out and not in good shape. Very motivating before and after pics.
