Telling stories has been my lifelong passion, a thread woven through my life from early childhood. The merging and molding of tales, drawing inspiration from various sources to create something fresh and unexpected, has been a constant source of fascination for me.

This enduring intrigue with crafting new worlds and breathing life into characters has evolved but remains unaltered at its core. In my writing, I am drawn to the creation of strange new landscapes, guiding flawed yet, hopefully, relatable characters through transformative journeys wherever the road may lead or end.

To date, I have authored thirteen novels and numerous short stories, each self-published on Amazon. My explorations span across genres including science fiction, adventure, detective mysteries, dark comedy, and satire. Often, my works emerge as a fusion of these genres, mirroring the intricate blend that characterizes our lives.

I extend an invitation to you, urging you to accompany me in exploring uncharted territories through my words. Together, we will navigate unfamiliar worlds, uncover concealed truths, and savor the journey along the way. The literary footsteps of Alfred Bester, Raymond Chandler, Harry Harrison, Arthur C. Clarke, and Ian Fleming have influenced my path and continue to resonate in my creative journey.

As a reader, I invite you to join me on a shared Odyssey, as we delve into the depths of the unknown. And so, our Odyssey begins!

I first came up with the character of Sly Palatine more than fifteen years ago. I used to write about his adventures in notebooks and read them to my little brother who enjoyed the badass adventure. Bringing Sly back to life so many years later is a unique feeling and I can feel how both of us have matured during this time. It is also a pleasure to see how all the different stories are write are part of the one big tapestry I am weaving through my various works. I will not be making you read every single novel and short story to make sense of it all as each and every tale I write can be read a stand alone but if you do read all the works I hope you will enjoy finding the little bread crumbs that lead you ever deeper into the petrified forest of my mind :)

I definitely enjoyed this hunt more than the first one.
I always say this but it's just the truth : I'm a fan of Partamyan, I love his writing and the way his stories make you want more.

Sly, what a wonderful character. In the first hunt I wasn't so sure about him but in this one we get to know him better. His one of those characters that like to be alone and don't talk much but are funny without trying to be. I find him sarcastic.

We'll see what's coming next for this character.

As “the deadliest assassin of the underworld,” Sly is a wonderful character: exciting, extremely dangerous, and often unpredictable. I love the faced-paced plot and all the action! In this book, Sly’s conflict with the Yakuza in Tokyo feels especially tense, maybe because of the frequent contrasts between the peaceful and beautiful settings (such as “the immaculate garden with soft light and statues of deities”) and the violent action that takes place there.

The plot is great, but I also really appreciate Vardan Partamyan’s attention to descriptive details that set the scenes so well. Here are a few of my favorite phrases: “ the soldiers arrived in screeching chaos of a dozen atom-mobiles,” “a grotesque tangle of bleached bones,” “the silent autumn garden filled with the melancholy of a summer lost.” Five stars!

Dark, deadly and often unpredictable, Sly takes on the Yakuza in Japan in Vardan Partamyan’s The White Wolf: The Hunts: Part II. For all his inherent “charm” and ability to be sarcastically comedic, this vigilante takes his job seriously, even in the outwardly serene beauty that is Japan, where the danger hides behind a façade of civility and grace.
Vardan Partamyan has a gift for putting his words out there and moving on rapidly with a dark, razor sharp wit and sense of timing that is impeccable, which is what makes his very short “Hunts” so satisfying to read. Sly is over-the-top amazing in his role as the perfect vigilante, serving up justice behind the scenes.

The White Wolf hunts another bad guy. This time, he is in Tokyo and has a partner.

This is another short story that is mostly the final confrontation. The difference from the first hunt is that we are given a few more glimpses into the White Wolf and what he does.

Some of the stuff described is pretty far-fetched. But you expect that kind of thing in this type of story.

The White Wolf is quickly making a place for himself besides such characters as the Shadow or the Avenger from the pulp stories, Batman, James Bond, and other such characters.

We see now how the White Wolf is the world's best assassin as he is also able to anticipate death at every corner. Or actually only every freak corner death is awaiting him. I found the conversations in this episode somewhat artificial dragging down my rating.
