A clearly-written, if "self-helpy," look at various methods of conscious self-metaprogramming. If you can swallow Newcomb's first-grade-teacher narrative voice, this book can provide critical insight and easy-to-follow steps for Hermeticism, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and Postmodern (Chaos) Magick.

This book details an excellent system of self-development. Jason knows what he is talking about. In addition to the book, I recommend listening to Jason's guided meditations and/or taking his online course. Each adds a significant and modern depth to the exercises, which are naturally paired with modern tech and hypnosis.
