This is a short, non-fiction account of depression as it happened to me and the help and medication that I found. This is the type of book I wish I had read when my depression began. That is, because it is written by someone who is actually experiencing depression. I believe that only a sufferer can fully explain all its different sides. It is written as a comfort for fellow sufferers so that they can know that they are not alone. It is also written for those who have never experienced depression to help them understand it.
I should have paid more attention I guess, but I read this in maybe ten minutes. It was nice to hear someone else able to relate to,but wish it was longer.
