I felt so lucky knowing lots of basic project management rules. Right now, I had some issues for my projects and didn't know what I should do. Maybe other books is better than this one but I think it's suitable for me right now.
I loved this book! It's a very quick read with the perfect amount of detail. I really appreciate that it contains a combination of different project management styles and gives examples for when each approach might be appropriate.
