Brief, short, inciteful and to-the-point. Filled with practical advice and recommendations for getting the job done. With notes and references highlighted, the reader can opt to dig into the details later on. Essentially this book not only covers the fundamentals, its the element of advice borne out of which no doubt is years of experience in the field, that is helpful and valuable. Project management is not only about planning and task tracking, its really about people management, not many books concentrate on that subject. But this book, being as short as it is, covers the subject well.

I felt so lucky knowing lots of basic project management rules. Right now, I had some issues for my projects and didn't know what I should do. Maybe other books is better than this one but I think it's suitable for me right now.
