While I loved the conceit of this collection, I felt that the poetics suffered because of the need to write each poem as a letter; nevertheless, this is a collection that should be read by anyone interested in concept poetry and collections that are self-contained. I enjoyed reading these poems for the challenge of what they are doing. The last poem stands out to me as particularly beautiful.
