About the author

Kali currently resides in the South with her supportive husband, beautiful daughter, lazy pets, and an overworked coffeemaker.

She began her first romance manuscript several years ago in high school. Starting as a journalism major in college, life took her in another direction, so the manuscript collected dust for years. Recently, she made the decision to start writing again with more passion than before. Bolstered by encouragement from fellow writing friends and readers, she joined an online writing community, where she is currently a story editor and author in their writing workshops.

Kali enjoys researching all sorts of topics with her favorites including anything to do with writing, travel, marine animals, and a myriad of other items. Her love of research and her childhood experiences around the United States bring an authentic feel to her writing.

I received an early copy of this novella for review from the author, and have found myself very intrigued for more.



Invisible Touch is a quick read, but is full of little hints that there was definitely more going on than what you, the reader, or the narrator knew was happening at the time. Ramsey was an intelligent and beautiful woman. My assumption was that at the time she met Austin, she was exhausted from a long weekend/conference and wasn't quite as observant as she'd normally be. But, that's just my opinion.



There's plenty more to uncover from this story and world that Kali has set up for her readers and I'm intrigued to find out what else is going to happen.

I thoroughly enjoyed this story. Though it is a short read, it is filled with plenty of mystery, lust and longing. The characters are well portrayed. The sex scenes are well written and stimulating. And it managed to get me hooked into wondering just what kind of supernatural creature Austin could be, and whether the two of them are destined to meet again.
I am eagerly anticipating the next volume in the Gallagher series and can't wait to see where the story takes these two delicious characters.
