Impressive Business Book

Written for Christians to do business with integrity. This one will not disappoint. I was so very impressed with every chapter. Even the questions at the end are well thought out and documented in scripture. I can’t imagine a better written book on this subject.

This book was given to me as a gift by a Christian businessman who has successfully started several businesses. Using biblical principles, author Dave Anderson teaches many spiritual truths and practical business tools to apply today through the lives of Bible characters from Moses, David, The Lord Jesus Christ, and many others of the Bible. Here are a few topics covered in this book: 1) Time Management 2) Management Failure 3) Building Rock-Solid Character 4) Elevating Your People Skills 5) Creating Life-Work Balance 6) Managing Money by the Book 7) Building Your Team by the Book 8) Leading Through Crisis. This book is packed full of Scripture and Biblical Truth. I read through the Appendix: Quick Scriptural Reference Guide by THE BOOK which listed 42 Questions of case-in-point scenarios from business. Each questions is answered by one or more verses from the Scriptures that I took the time to look up from the Bible. On a personal level, this book made my top-ten list and helped me grow in my family, ministry, and spiritual life. Required reading for my children and my work-place team!

A nice synthesis of leadership principles that are included in many leadership books but presented with the evidence of Biblical principles and stories to support their importance.
