In short, this is a complete guide of how to run a business. I think the knowledge covered can replace years of studying Business Administration in school. Definitely one of my favorites!

Awesome book! It was amazing at explaining how/why retail giants took over, and why tons of different business died off. It gave some true stories on business that survived "Walmarts" coming to town. Easy to read and very informative. Also at the end, it gave special tips for your business and how to help it go to the next level.
