This is the first dummies book I've read and it was very helpful for my course. Every block of code is followed by an explanation, and they are not dry as Seguis frequently throws in some humour. There are plenty of tips/tricks on top of the fundamentals of coding with PowerShell.
Note that this is an introductory text and there's probably better books out there if you're looking to master PowerShell in depth.
