Victory flavours the prepared. This very complete manual is required reading for anyone thinking of adding a coffee operation to their business(s). The fun remains but backed by an exhaustive list of what must be done.
I think this book was awesome. As much as “What I know about running coffee shops” is wisdom based, this book is practical and analytically based. It breaks down the entire process of starting and running a coffee bar from A-Z in great detail. For a non business minded person such as myself it is fantastically helpful for allowing me to sketch out my daydream of owning a coffee shop in much greater detail.
I bought this book for a friend who was interested in getting into the coffee business, and read it myself because I wanted to understand what was happening better.
