Very detailed introduction to the pros and cons of entering such a demanding industry. The intro of the book provides a lot more information on the nitty-gritty of investment banking (the heirarcy of roles, etc) than many of the other IB books out there. Provides much more detailed technical concepts than needed for standard investment banking interviews but all-in-all, an information packed toolkit for entering the industry.
