This was a strange book. Full of beautiful language and descriptions it was an interesting read but a peculiar story. The kind of book where it felt like the author was exploring deeper themes and thoughts but it was never really apparent what exactly. The kind of book where you'd like to discuss it. Interesting but odd.

The author's writing style was fantastic. Her descriptions were very creative, but she spent so much time elaborating on the simplest things that she forgot to develop the story or the characters. I was very disappointed.
