This is the story of living life after sexual abuse. Through short stories, the reader journeys with the authors into the lives of two children, a boy and a girl. The threads of abuse and traumatic patterns continue to invade their thinking, self-image and choices, until they discover who they are in the present moment. In Common Threads, we follow these people into adulthood, into their lives as psychotherapists and into their healing as human beings. Connie Robillard, MA, CCMHC and Marcel A.
