Introduction to Anti-Inflammation Diet

The author provides enough information to make the reader knowledgeable about the science behind the diet including foods to avoid and foods to emphasize or add to one’s repertoire of foods. A two-week menu is provided along with a generous number of recipes which are flavorful and satisfying.

Interesting

Sadly I see meat options but gradually making a transition to vegan lifestyle; therefore it was not many options.

I plan to try a few things and liked the honey dew, lemon, and honey with blueberries.

Great book for diabetics.

I am my grandma's caretaker and I am always looking for recipes which will keep her interested and which will keep with her diabetic diet. The nutritionist recommended whole grains and high protein as well as low sodium. The recipes in this book are great for her diet and her family. I am especially fond of that Mediterranean tuna salad. Yum.

This book (received for free from Goodreads First Reads) gave clear and precise information about foods that cause inflammation. The recipes are interesting and look delicious. They are quick and easy to read and follow. Plenty of recipes for vegetarians and meat eaters.
