Old truths and fresh insights: I love these booklets by Zola Levitt. Clear biblical teaching, brief and to the point, with lots of background knowledge. I was curious what he had to say on this topic, and I was not disappointed. I'll pass this on to my cell group for sure.

Not very informative. It's merely a listing of the churches. The author proposes that it follows the history but fails to deliver much insight.
