Into Darkness is the first book in the epic fantasy series The Godstone War, set in the engrossing world of Galawi, from fantasy author Marcus J Black.
In the land of Caladom the gods are a very real and cruel presence, bringing destruction to any that dare to break their law. For generations the people have served the demands and whims of divine authority without question, under the constant yoke of fear.

This book has an average of 5 stars... I looked at who had reviewed it and what do you know? It was the author. Unfortunately I have read this book and I can't agree with him. I found that it dragged on. The characters just did things, there wasn't anything for the reader to think about as things just happened with the "friends" I bought the book for £1.53 and you would have to pay me a lot more than that to read the next one.
