The Structure Book 1: Advancement on Delta Psi The first installment in a series of books surrounding the life of a teenage boy named Jack. Following the events Jack experiences while doing his high school survival test. Based in the year 2275, the remaining humans of earth are faced with challenges of surviving in outer space! Now a strange green light has shown itself in the sky and is killing people! The freshman class of Delta Psi High are in grave danger and Jack may be their only hope!
The Structure pulls you in from the very first page. The setup is intense a mysterious green light, chaos at a futuristic high school, and a freshman who suddenly finds himself in a position of leadership and survival. Jack’s journey is compelling, and there’s a subtle emotional undercurrent that makes you care about what happens to him.
Even though it's only about 30 pages, it doesn’t feel rushed. The pacing is tight, the writing clean, and it does a great job setting up a bigger world that I’m definitely curious to explore in future installments. You can tell the author poured a lot of heart into this story.
If you're into YA sci-fi, especially with a survival twist and a touch of mystery, this is a great start to what looks like a very promising series.
Great read very easy to understand I couldn't put the book down as once I started I wanted to see how it ended. The book is very well written and the characters are relatable would recommend this to anyone who loves science fiction cannot wait to get my hands on the next book
