Five relentless years. Not a single kill.

John has constructed an impeccable facade of normalcy. From his esteemed corner office boasting spectacular skyline views, to the loving adoration of his wife, daughter, father, and sister, he appears to have it all.

But the gruesome cravings have only been dormant, not extinct. Now, the sinister voice inside his head is resurfacing, whispering, incessantly. It taunts him with horrifying demands, "Just one more, John. Just one more death."

Detective Tremock stumbles upon the newest corpse and an icy dread snakes through him. The signature is undeniable. This cold case has never really been forgotten, lying in wait like a predator in the shadows. To many, Tremock's dedication might seem obsessive. His marriage has crumbled, his retirement elusive, his future prospects diminishing - all a consequence of his fixation on the murders. He always knew the monster would return. And now, it has.

John's already tenuous grip on reality is shattering. With Tremock inching ever closer to the horrifying truth, he stands on the precipice of losing everything. His wife, his children, his life, all hang in the balance. Yet, the voice persists, a relentless echo, "Kill them, John. Kill them all…"

"A Murderous Mind" obliterates the boundaries between good and evil, weaving a tale of psychological suspense that races along at a whiplash-inducing pace. This exploration into the labyrinth of a serial killer's mind will hold you captive, the thrill of the chase pulsating through the pages deep into the night.

Dare to peek into the abyss? Grab it now. You won't be able to resist.

Very Good

This story of a psychopath draws you in. Especially about his family and how things develop. What I don’t like is that this book ended in a cliffhanger! Now I have to read on to see what happens next. There is no way to avoid it.

Confusing then scary

Definitely not for kids. Good characterisation. Not too sure whether the John/Harry partnership truly works, but the family truly does. What a horrible thing for them to have to think about.
